Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to Samuel Aziz, including managing his complex calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with precision.

  • Travel Coordination: Organize and streamline elaborate travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, to ensure Samuel Aziz’s global ventures proceed smoothly.

  • Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external communications. Craft and refine high-impact correspondence and reports, reflecting the highest level of professionalism.

  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare comprehensive materials for meetings - agendas, presentations, and minutes - ensuring thorough follow-up and effective communication of outcomes.

  • Project Management: Support coordinating and tracking various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved to the highest standards.

  • Document Preparation: Take charge of preparing, formatting, and reviewing key documents such as contracts and reports, ensuring they are precise and polished.

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

  • Calendar Management: Proven experience in managing complex executive calendars and scheduling.

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Russian is highly desirable.

  • Time Management: Efficiently manage time and deadlines, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner.

  • Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations that engage and inform stakeholders.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing documents, managing schedules, and handling sensitive information.

  • Discretion and Confidentiality: A high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
